1. App publisher
The F2C checker app is published by Salines Éditions, 1 rue des Jades, 97434 Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, La Réunion, France.

2. Purpose
F2C checker is a mobile app that helps retail staff check their till. It lets you count a cash float and the various payment methods (cash, bank cards, contactless payments, cheques, meal vouchers), save these counts and view their history and statistics.
These terms govern your use of the app. By creating an account, you accept them.
3. Access and user account
– The app is intended for people aged 16 or over.
– Using the app requires creating an account with a valid email address and a password. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password confidential.
– You are responsible for any use made of your account.
4. Free version and Premium subscription
Free version
The till calculator is free and unlimited. Saving counts is free for the first 30 records.
Premium subscription
Beyond 30 records, saving, history and statistics require the Premium subscription.
– Price: €24.99 per year, VAT included. Launch offer: €9.99 including VAT for the first year for new subscribers, then €24.99 including VAT per year. The price shown in the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase applies; it may vary by country.
– Payment: the purchase is made and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), depending on your device. Salines Éditions never has access to your bank details.
– Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically every year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
– Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings (a link is available in the app, under “My subscription”). The subscription remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
– Refunds: refund requests are handled by Apple or Google, under their own terms.
– Changing device: the subscription is linked to your F2C checker account; the “Restore my purchases” feature lets you recover it.
The features and price of the subscription may change. Any price change for an ongoing subscription will be notified to you in advance, in accordance with Apple and Google rules.
5. Use of the app
You agree to use the app lawfully and not to attempt to bypass its limitations, access other users’ data or disrupt its operation.
6. Liability
– F2C checker is a tool to help with counting and tracking. It is not a point-of-sale system or certified accounting software. You remain solely responsible for checking your amounts and for complying with your accounting and tax obligations.
– The publisher strives to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the app, but cannot guarantee it at all times (maintenance, outages, network problems, etc.).
– We recommend that you do not use the app as the only place where important data is stored.
7. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its name, texts, visuals and code are the property of Salines Éditions. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited. The data you enter remains yours.
9. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the app (Settings → Profile → “Delete my account”) or by following the procedure described on our Account deletion page. Deletion is permanent and erases your records.
Warning: deleting your account does not cancel a subscription taken out with Apple or Google. Remember to cancel it from your App Store or Google Play account.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be amended, in particular when new features are added. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page. In the event of a significant change, you will be informed in the app.
